10th July 2008 BLUEMANTLE MILLS LET TO SINGLE OCCUPIER Cheshire property development and investment company, Bluemantle has secured a single occupier for its two Victorian mills - Bengal and Union Mill - in Holt Town, East Manchester. Textile manufacturer, Ambron Limited, one of its previously existing tenants, has agreed to occupy the buildings which extend to 86,287 sq ft on a five year lease at £125,000 per annum. Bluemantle acquired Bengal and Union Mill six years ago and subsequently undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the premises. The brick built mills are strategically located immediately adjacent to Holt Town Water Front - one of Manchester’s largest regeneration projects. Covering 95 acres, the area is set to be transformed into a vibrant new living quarter close to Manchester Centre.
