6th March 2008 BLUEMANTLE SELECTS NEW TENANT Cheshire based property investment and development company, Bluemantle has secured one of the UK’s largest plant businesses for its 95,000 sq ft industrial unit, Wincham Point, in Northwich. Select Plant Hire Company Ltd, part of the Laing O’Rourke Group, has agreed a 10 year lease at £350,000 per annum. Bluemantle acquired Wincham Point in December 2004 and following the vacation of the site by British Gypsum, undertook a substantial refurbishment of the premises. Wincham Point is situated on an 11 acre plot. Paul Stewart of Bluemantle says: “We are delighted to have secured such a high profile tenant and to have let the unit in its entirety. As industrial specialists, we have proven that we are able to provide the right product and attract occupiers quickly.” Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis were the joint letting agents.
