17th August 2009 BLUEMANTLE SECURES NEW LETTING IN CHEADLE Independent North West development and investment company, Bluemantle has secured a new occupier for its 7,000sq ft office building in Cheadle, setting a new office record rental level of £16 per sq ft for the area. The Saleh Aesthetic Clinic has taken a five year lease for the ground floor of the recently refurbished Grade II listed building totalling 1,795 sq ft. Mark Caldwell, Chief Executive of Bluemantle comments: “We are pleased to have agreed this new deal which sets a new benchmark for the South Manchester office market. Smaller lettings such as these are fundamental in these difficult economic times and are just as important to Bluemantle as our larger strategic developments throughout the region.
