BLUEMANTLE SELLS LOMBARD

North West based property development and investment company, Bluemantle has sold Lombard House in Cheadle to Pervaise Naveed for £2.3 million.

The modern, self contained, three storey office building extends to 16,997 sq ft (1,604 sq m) and is fully let to Countrywide Estate Agents and Orient Services Limited. Bluemantle acquired the building last year and immediately undertook a refurbishment of the building.
